Al Mamsha is a new pedestrian area located in Muwaileh, Sharjah, which combines a modern lifestyle, shopping, and entertainment activities for the whole family. Alef Group is the developer of the project, and the area is within close proximity to the University City of Sharjah, therefore, it is a convenient place for students to reside in. Al Mamsha is divided into three zones named Al Mamsha Souks, Al Mamsha Seerah and Al Mamsha Raseel. Al Mamsha Souks includes 33 buildings with shopping pavilions, children's playgrounds and other services, and was inspired by the old markets of Sharjah, but has been renovated in accordance with modern trends to provide residents with maximum comfort. Al Mamsha Sharjah is a community of 8 buildings – Sawa 1–4 and Suroor 1–4. Mid-rise properties with light-coloured facades offer not only safety, but also a variety of amenities, including gymnasiums and swimming pools. Al Mamsha Raseel is considered a new waterfront community with a great number of swimming pools and fountains.
