The new multifunctional complex of Saadiyat Grove is one of the largest scale projects in Abu Dhabi so far, by the master developer Aldar Properties. The construction of the AED 8B (USD 2B) development began in November 2019 and will offer 3,706 residential units in total, 170 of which are branded residences. Saadiyat Grove is set to become a mixed-use community in the heart of the beautiful Cultural District on Saadiyat Island. Previously, the developer announced that Saadiyat Grove will be delivered in phases. As a result, the first phase will be handed over in 2025 with the planned construction of 606 residential units and 200 retail spaces.

Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 30-minute drive away from the community.
