Majid Al Futtaim is a Dubai-based giant well-known with its notable buildings and projects as well as with its founder an Emirati billionaire Majid Al Futtaim. It also has got the exclusive license to operate hypermarkets for French company Carrefour across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. Moreover, the VOX Cinema, Magic Planet family entertainment centres, Orbi I Dubai, Ski Dubai and Ski Egypt also owned and operated by Holding. Majid Al Futtaim has begun the construction phase of its recently launched Elan neighbourhood at Tilal Al Ghaf, which is expected to be completed by December 2022. On this occasion the company held the ceremony to demonstrate commitment to its customers and stability of the Dubai real estate market marked by growing confidence among property buyers. The new project will offer the sale of 594 units in phases one and two of Elan development. It is estimated to have a total sales value of AED 900 million.
