Currently, the record belongs to New York’s Central Park Tower with a height of 472.4 m. The new over 100-storey tower will be located in Business Bay, just a short distance away from iconic landmarks and popular areas of Dubai. To create this exclusive residential development, Binghatti Developers has teamed up with Jacob & Co, who is a luxury jewellery and watch company. Among the units for sale are 2-bedroom apartments in The Sapphire Suite Collection and 3-bedroom apartments in The Emerald Suite Collection, as well as 5 penthouses in Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire styles. The complex will be inspired by the horological movements of Jacob & Co timepieces and finely cut gems which will be used in the design of the building. The diamond-shaped spires, reminiscent of an actual crown, will adorn the peak of the tower and be seen from other areas of the emirate.
