The Level 3 apartments are called “flying villas” and will have a maid’s room and spacious terraces with a private swimming pool, BBQ area and a hydroponic wall, in which residents will be able to grow their own fruits and vegetables. There will also be access to private elevators for residents of the flying villas. In addition, the upper storeys will have only 5 residences per floor to maximise privacy. A unique touch is that each apartment will have a room service menu available 24 hours a day. The amenities of the residential tower will include a public infinity and private swimming pools, parking, a huge gymnasium and a large multi-use hall for events and meetings.
